If You Cancel

Prospect Riding Center does not offer a full monetary refund for cancellations. If you need to cancel your session, please contact our office as soon as possible. Cancellations made outside of 72 hours are eligible for a gift card or credit for the full mount. Cancellations made under 72 hours will be charged a rebooking fee of $25 and the rest of the money will go toward your next ride. Any absence not notified within 24 hours will be considered a no-show, and anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered absent and will not be able to participate. Payment is expected regardless of absences or no-shows.

If Prospect Riding Center must cancel a session due to weather or other circumstances, we will make every attempt to reschedule right away.
